About me:
I designed the Love Thy Neighbor shirt seven years ago and am amazed at how many people have been able to start a conversation based on this simple shirt.
“Love Thy Neighbor” is more than a catchy phrase or popular wisdom, it is a time-honored commandment rooted in Islamic, Jewish and Christian faith traditions.
Love of neighbor is a cornerstone Judaism, Islam, and Christianity, with love of God (Allah and Yahweh) as the foundation. The command to love one’s neighbor is not about the emotion of love, but rather the action of love. Who is my neighbor – those who are like you, that is created by God. Therefore, all of humanity is our neighbor.

After working for the Man, I decided it was time for me to open my own business. I didn't like who I was working for and in fact I never could quite figure out whose bottom line I was working on. There has been a shift in the business world where most are only concerned about the money they make, often at the expense of relationships. Client relationships, vendor relationships, employee relationships and personal relationships are all suffering. What has happened to corporate loyalty and the spirit of giving? I'm working from a grassroots level to raise awareness about this and build lasting relationships with others. I would love to hear from you. I enjoy what I do for a living and enjoy creating art that I incorporate into my graphic design work. My recent paintings represent abstract expressionism, but my drawings are very precise pen and ink stippling. Go figure... I guess my paintings are unleashing something from within that needs to be set free. Think Jackson Pollock meets, well... Jackson Pollock sober. Was Pollock ever really sober?
My design work has been recognized in the July 2003 issue of PRINT magazine, Curve magazine and will make an appearance in the upcoming documentary Asphalt Gospel.
