I've just recorded and produced a fun little project for BART MENDOZA of THE SHAMBLES (in about 6 hours) for two different compilation CDs of which the Shambles are participating. Project ONE is a RICKY NELSON Tribute, where the SHAMBLES are contributing their version of "IT'S LATE." And project TWO is a BYRDS tribute and the band is contributing their version of "FEEL A WHOLE LOT BETTER." which I must say came out killer. Some of the other folks contributing to the project are: AL KOOPER, PETER NOONE (Herman's Hermits), The REMBRANDTS, AL JARDINE (BEACH BOYS), The SMITHEREENS, BRIAN RAY (Paul McCartney Band), Jeffrey Foskett (BRIAN WILSON BAND), RON FLYNT (20/20), The OOHS, Adam Marsland (COCKEYED GHOST), BILL LLOYD, WALTER CLEVENGER, and more...
-------And, speaking of Bart....

BEACH MUSIC MAFIA PRESENTS SAN DIEGO JAZZ WEEK SEPT 3-9 This little committee we’re in (OCEAN BEACH MAINSTREET ASSOCIATION) hooked up with District 2 Council Member KEVIN FAULCONER and San Diego Mayor GERRY SANDERS to OFFICIALLY DESIGNATE the week of SEPTEMBER 3-9 as SAN DIEGO JAZZ WEEK. And it is here to stay annually from here on in. The entire week is filled with JAZZ in several San Diego neighborhoods including the main event OCEAN BEACH JAZZ FESTIVAL on September 9 in the Pier lot at the end of Newport Ave. Just one more thing we do to make the world better one note at a time.
The wait is over! The 1st Annual Easy Listening Festival threatens to destroy Carlsbad, California in ISSUE #2 of The Adventures of CCB. Can the band save the day?
Will the LeperKhanz defeat the Clay Colton Band at the Battle of the Irish Pub Bands? Find out in action packed ISSUE #1 of the Adventures of CCB... wacky capers of Redneck Joe notwithstanding.
I really like the voodoo track. When I first heard it it was after one of those sessions with a little too much alchohol, so I couldn't really hear it. Great work man, its a great song.

Hey Chuck! Congrats on the Studio. I would love to check it out sometime. Good luck with it. I'm sure there'll be some classic stuff coming out there for years to come. Cheers, Lee
Thank you for that awesome comment Chuck. You are most definately like family to us...and the moments captured in your studio will stay with us for a lifetime! We LOVE the CD...we can't stop listening to it (which is pretty self-indulgent but we usually can't stand to listen to ourselves) and we love it more and more with each listen. Great job on those vocals! (*wink*)
