About me: Studio Flamenco's dynamic company of flamenco dancers and musicians combines guitar, percussion and cante with powerful choreography to create inspiring interpretations of flamenco.
Founded in 2004 by dancers Emma Fernée and Susi Masi, Studio Flamenco is a centre for flamenco development and expression. Accompanied by renowned Australian flamenco instrumentalists and singers (including guitarists Florian, Aloysius Leeson, vocalist Mari Olivares and percussionist Adrian Van Nunen), Studio Flamenco performs at events and festivals throughout Australia, including recently at WOMAD and the ADELAIDE INTERNATIONAL GUITAR FESTIVAL.
Studio Flamenco’s dancers and musicians also have extensive experience in teaching and running workshops. Studio Flamenco is a leading flamenco academy for students of all levels in South Australia.

Hey studio flamencoites, We have our fringe show coming up 5-7 March at 6pm at the Jade Monkey in the city. Think you'll be chuffed with the sevillana reference in the opening song. Will be hilarious only to flamencos I think, for everyone else it will be a 'what the...?' moment. Also you can play spot the buleria rhythm! Hours of fun for everyone!
