We have been in operation since 1995 and have worked with countless local, national, and international artists. Our clients enjoy access to the entire building, which includes a fully functioning kitchen, one full and two half baths, two lounges, a territorial-view sun deck, the ping-pong death-match dungeon of doom, Playstation, wireless internet access, and an extraordinary array of reading material. The grounds include a play court for basketball, volleyball, or pickle ball, a meditation garden and off-street parking. The studio is within walking distance to many great bars, restaurants, coffee-houses, and funky shops.
