sadly, jamie has decided to leave
projections but never fear - he will be playing one last gig with the band at a launch gig for their forthcoming split single (with
Luke Abbott, on
trash aesthetics) at London's famous Rough Trade Records shop. the date for this is TBC, but we'll let everyone know. after this, they plan to hunker down for a few months writing new material with new bassist jon "boosterhead" wood (whatever that means).
they also have a brand new track on the last volume of
smalltown america's critically-acclaimed
public service broadcast compilation series. it's called "leave this room" and if you've seen them live recently you might know it as "the big fat one they play the end that rocks out. a lot.". it's available now from
the smalltown america online shop and features a whole load of other ace stuff.
white trash party's debut EP will be with us soon, it's a hand-made affair on CD, limited to 100 copies. we'll have it up for pre-order as soon as possible.
