Hi, my name is Ray Balconis, and I am a producer & vocal coach who's work has been on the radio and charting in Billboard for many years now. Block Rate: $65/hr (when you book 5 hours or more on the same day)

Ten million dollars of equipment can’t make you sound good if your producer doesn’t know how to use it.
