Who I'd like to meet: Studio Soiree, a Pole Fitness studio for Women, opened March 2nd, 2007 in Salt Lake City, Utah. Leading Pole Fitness in Utah, as a whole new kind of Pioneer !
Studio Soiree offers Pole Dance instruction specifically designed for Fitness. We offer Yoga, Yoga for couples, Cardio Cabaret, Belly Dancing, Pole Fitness, Core Pole, and Hula Hoop.
Our classes are designed to enhance fitness, balance, self-awareness, and self-image. At Soiree we believe that this is as much mental as it is physical. We strengthen your body, and your mind. Integrating Mind, Body, and Pole!
Core Pole is for Women and MEN! This program is an excellent fitness program that requires extraordinary upper-body strength, much like rock climbing does. The students of our Core Pole are hardcore. This is not a dance class. It's a workout. Period. You can see video of our students doing Core Pole at our website, among many other instructional video clips.
There are serious benefits to be had in this fun and intriguing method of becoming physically fit. Upper body and core are primary players in pole fitness. Strong core equals improved posture, more fat-burning muscles in areas of the body that are typically difficult to isolate (as in obliques and abdominals), and improved health of the lower-back; an area prone to pain from poor distribution of weight throughout the core.

It was wonderful to see you ladies at the Derby Girls half time show! You were all so graceful and elegant on the pole. I was thrilled to see you all again.
You ladies were amazing last night. Thank you SO much coming to our bout and entrancing the crowd with what you do! The Cleavers are the luckiest team! Plus, you rocked it pretty hard at the after party too! We just need to get you all on skates! :)

That was such a nice surprise to see the Studio Soiree booth at the Earth Jam this weekend. I had so much fun with all of you! It was exciting to see people try the pole for the first time and realize how fun it is. I know I sure had a blast! Thanks for teaching me all those new tricks too! You're the best!
