Studio Soiree offers Pole Dance instruction specifically designed for Fitness. We offer Yoga, Yoga for couples, Cardio Cabaret, Belly Dancing, Pole Fitness, Core Pole, and Hula Hoop.
Our classes are designed to enhance fitness, balance, self-awareness, and self-image. At Soiree we believe that this is as much mental as it is physical. We strengthen your body, and your mind. Integrating Mind, Body, and Pole!
Core Pole is for Women and MEN! This program is an excellent fitness program that requires extraordinary upper-body strength, much like rock climbing does. The students of our Core Pole are hardcore. This is not a dance class. It's a workout. Period. You can see video of our students doing Core Pole at our website, among many other instructional video clips.
There are serious benefits to be had in this fun and intriguing method of becoming physically fit. Upper body and core are primary players in pole fitness. Strong core equals improved posture, more fat-burning muscles in areas of the body that are typically difficult to isolate (as in obliques and abdominals), and improved health of the lower-back; an area prone to pain from poor distribution of weight throughout the core.
