The company name is taken from song performed by Bette Midler in the film musical 'For The Boys'. Artists, music and creativity are the finishing touches that really make an event that extra special, so it's the Stuff Like That There that we provide when performing for you. Here are some of the standard set-ups we can tailor accordingly....
Function Band
We provide mainly corporate and private clients with a band specific to the type of event they are running, be it a dinner-dance, reception-dinner or party. The band can either be minimalist or the full works as a duo, trio, quartet, quintet, etc.
The music is from across the ages covering soul, motown, blues, jazz, pop, R&B, and a tiny bit of country and rock. However, if you have specific songs you’d like to be played or a theme in mind we can incorporate this too. And for special occasions Lisa Theunissen can even write you a song.
The band members vary depending on your needs. Here are just some of the bands in place to give you an idea:

* Phoenix: Lisa Theunissen (vocalist), Tony Barham (vocalist and guitarist), Little Phil (vocalist and drummers), Big Phil (vocalist and pianist) - dinner-dance
* Theunissen Quartet: Lisa Theunissen (vocalist), Juan Zelada (pianist), Jack Stevens (bassist), Matt McDonough (drummer) - reception-dinner, private party
Clients include: L'Oreal, Harbour and Jones, private clients for weddings and parties.
