Pato Banton and the Now Generation at Stumpjack Coffee in Two River, WI. Sept. 18, 2009. This is from Pato and the NG's second gig at Stumpjack (the first was on April 25, 2009).
Who I'd like to meet: Sammy Hagar (to talk entrepreneurial and marketing philosophy...yeah, a little music too); surfer Robert "Wingnut" Weaver; Francis Mayes (at her place in Tuscany, for dinner...the lady can tell a story), Seth Godin, John Milius, Pete Townsend (how about an acoustic set at the coffee shop, Pete?), the guys who produce the SciFi show "Eureka" (love that show).
We're totally psyched about our show on the 10th. But we don't think Dave will make it out from Boulder, so it might just be a Phil + Lillie show. (I'm tapping a few musicians for future shows, but for now, it'll probably be just Phil and I.) It should be a very special gig, indeed!
