Born in 1992, I started making beats & gfx (graphics) in early 2007, which is also when I took on the alias Stunna Beats. I make hip-hop beats, all types of gfx, and layouts or websites and myspace profiles. I use FL Studio 8 XXL to produce beats, Photoshop CS3/CS4 to make gfx/layout elements, and dreamweaver 8/CS4 to put together layouts.
Leasing Rights: -($30):
You get to use the leased beat once for non-commercial, non-profitable purposes.
You CANNOT resell your rights. I AM allowed to resell this beat. You can only use
the leased beat on up to 100 mixtapes; Anymore and you must purchase different rights.
You MAY NOT SELL mixtapes with the leased beat on it. If you decide to profit from a
beat, you MUST contact me to purchase non-exclusive or exclusive rights to the beat.
Non-Exclusive Rights: -($50):
With non-exclusive rights you are allowed to use the beat for any profitable purposes,
commercial recording, and/or broadcasting purposes (royalties MUST be paid). CD sales are
limited to 1,000 copies. None-exclusive beats ARE sold to more than one customer. I still
own the beat. You DO NOT own rights to sell the beat itself. Once you have purchased the
beat, I will send you the download link to you.
Exclusive Rights: -($120):
With exclusive rights you will be able to use the beat for all profitable purposes, commercial
uses, or broadcasting purposes (royalties must be paid). Once exclusive rights are purchased for
a beat, the beat is no longer for sale through me. Exclusive rights are sold to only one customer
and cannot be resold or transferred to any other party. Once you have purchased an exclusive beat,
I will send a download link for the beat in any format that is possible by me.
