Stunning In Red, or SIR-the name they seem to be acronyming into, are a band of psychedelic groove proportions from Perth, Western Australia. Born amidst an attic Space in the suburbs of Mount Claremont the four guys found a musical middle ground harnessing the sounds of blues, soul, funk, rock, surf, and psychedelica to create an eclectic eargasm. The guys have been playing all over Perth and Fremantle since 2007, developing their live performance into something that has been described as a tight, fat sound combined with a huge amount of energy on stage.

Their EP, which was released mid-2011, is available for download from BandPage, Soundcloud, or Triple J Unearthed, and keep an eye out for a new single which is due to be released later this year.
