Review - Line Up Magazine - July 2008
Looking to party? Then look no further because this album packs a party in your pants and these guys invited everybody! Driving guitar licks like a bat out of hell, D. Guaro makes no mistake of letting his influences show through sounding like a young John Frusciante with hints of Sublime front-man Bradley Nowell. Stealing the innocence of everyone who dares to listen, these guys are out for young blood, primarily female, with tracks "Queen of Sleaze" and "Consent." Cleaning it up on the well versed "Army of one," one of the best tracks on the album, Stuntditch gives listeners a taste of true talent. After frontman D. Guaro broke his foot on a surf trip to Costa Rica, the aggravation that followed provided the angst behind the aptly titled "Broken Foot." But the reason to get off your ass and grab this album is the highly detailed party anthem "Tattooed Mother," coming straight off the streets right to your speakers, this song puts the ART back in PARTY, if only on a sexual note... Grab this album off iTunes and get your summer parties started off on the right foot! -JDM
