They're back! And set to conquer this summer at a venue NEAR YOU! Feisty female fronted guitar driven rock band Stutter Bunny (formerly 'Eric and the Bunny Boilers') formed from the tower blocks and social decline of Glasgow’s north side and hit out onto the underground music scene in 2005. Since then the bunnies have proven through dedication and hard work that they are a formidable force.
With influences from bands such as Elastica, Nirvana, Placebo and The White Stripes the bunnies have concocted their own blend of catchy and infectious angst fuelled pop songs. They come hotly tipped as “the most exciting band to come out of Glasgow” (NOISE) and "Blondie for the new generation" (NME.com review).
With the success of their indie release "Heard You Say" entering the BT Broadband New Music Chart in 2006 at no8 (reaching no1 the following week and staying there for an impressive 8 weeks) they moved from local to national acclaim, performing at both small and larger venues and supporting many well known bands and artists such as Spandau Ballet and USA punk band Vanilla Fudge. They have wowed audiences at many of the UK’s top venues and festivals as well on their own merit, including T-In The Park, Noise Festival, Backlands, In The City and Strummerville Festival.
Exploding back onto the UK music scene in 2008 with a new line-up and a new name, "Stutter Bunny" are regarded by many as one of Scotland’s top rock bands and one to see most definately live as they are once again set for the top!
They embark on an exhausting tour of the UK over the summer months as a build up to their end of the year album. Look out for two awesome new singles "Sweet FA" and "The Psychopath Next Door".
"The Psychopath Next Door" is the main title theme for new Scottish television crime drama series "Ninety Eight Percent". The bunnies also notably feature as soundtrack to several other short films and e-documentaries, with controbution of several tracks notably featuring on the 'Placebo: Androgyny' e-documentary. The bunnies are no strangers to live television either, having performed exclusive sets for ITV, BBC, MTV and York TV music shows.
“There’s nothing stuttering about this Glasgow four-piece. They’ve balls the size of cabbages and make an utterly splendid racket.” – Indiestore.com (EP review).

"Fusing the driving stomps of classic sixties soul with the muddy yet crunchy guitars and puerile words of garage rock, King Khan & The Shrines are one of those uncommon groups who seem to live in the past and still make an attention-grabbing noise. The Supreme Genius is a retrospective of their work this century from initial 45s through to the cleaner more sophisticated efforts of their last proper album, What Is?!. Soul is certainly a key ingredient in the Shrine's psychedelic stew, though purists would balk at describing the end product as one of their own ('filthy racket' being the likely response). Fans of the 'rock 'n' soul' pedigree stretching from the Kingsmen to The Make Up and The Black Lips, however, should be more accepting, as will anyone who likes their music loud and raucous" BBC Music

Times New Viking "Rambunctious to new standards of blessed impenetrability, Ohio trio Times New Viking’s simple-on-paper M.O. is to take the sweetest of super-sweet pop music, indiefied though it is, and strip it of its outer layers of glitz and gloss. The result is music that crackles and fuzzes, screams and roars; it’s an X-Factor audition in a spin-dryer, potential sing-alongs rendered riotously raw through purposeful deconstruction."
