None really. Stu tends to take a little bit here and there, but mainly the sound created is not really like anyone else.
There's a real eclectic mix of maybe some Fall Out Boy, perhaps a little acoustic Foo Fighters and Midtown. Mainly, these songs are meant to be catchy, acoustic tracks that don't take a great deal of analysing to show their meaning.
Stuart Wilson is a singer/songwriter from Yorkshire. His blend of acoustic guitar tunes and soft vocals are soon to be released on a new CD, "What Are You Waiting For?", which will be available when he can get the money together to copy it.
"What Are You Waiting For" was recorded by Si Wright at Imp-Hut Studios in York on 2nd January 2007, and on 3rd July 2007. Si chipped in with the keyboards on 'Sing'.
Having played guitar for 10 years and writing songs for the majority of that time, Stu decided on his decade anniversary of receiving his first guitar, that he would record a CD of tracks which he had written and though were maybe worth airing.
