Which basically means from The Cocteau Twins to the Aphex twin and EVERYONE ELSE IN BETWEEN...LOL!!!
A special shout out to my fave band in the whole world SLOWDIVE and, lest I forget, Portishead who comes respectively close (top 5)...
Then...there's my freinds who have influenced the way I LISTEN, WRITE AND MIX my music and they are...
are a few of my past band experiences from my very dead, albeit, well learned nineties...
I'll always appreciate what they taught me about myself as a musician...thanks guys!
Sounds Like
Generally...
Aphex Twin/Portishead/techno like beats, Depeche mode/JoyDivision/electro like basslines, smiths/cure/alternative like guitar, and last , but CERTAINLY not least, Cocteau Twins/Slowdive/"shoegaze" like soundscapes and arrangements...
I change it up a bit here and there, for diversity and to avoid monotony, so you don't hear the same thing ALL of the time...but you get the point...
in the end, I guess it's up to YOU to decide what I sound like, no? Oh well, I hope you enjoy!!!
