LATEST METAL NEWS!!! - Singer / Guitarist, Kathie Jarra (formerly Jarra / Lion Music) has released her long awaited 3rd CD (and 1st Solo CD), "Bleed" worldwide through The Karma Records Group with the debut of her new band, "STYGMATA". The singer has announced that there will be a new touring band in place for touring the CD.

Kathie Jarra is the founder and primary songwriter for the former, well-known, East Coast, Metal Band, Jarra. Formed in New Jersey several years ago, Kathie relocated the band to Phoenix, Arizona in 2000 and secured a worldwide distribution deal with Lion Music in Finland for the release of her self-produced, CD, Test of Faith. With the strength of Test of Faith on her side, she decided to pursue a solo career and went on to form her own metal record label based in Arizona, USA, The Karma Records Group.
Kathie has currently released her first solo CD, Bleed with a new band and the CD is has just been released worldwide. A 2009 tour with the new band, that will include both U.S. and European tour dates, will be announced soon.
The singer also released, "Jarra, Live from Phoenix", the last full length and only live, recording from her original New Jersey / Arizona line-up. However, the Live CD was a limited release and is currently sold out. There will be a re-release of "Test of Faith" in 2008.
