In a nutshell: Hardcore aficinados and DJing duo, Styles & Breeze
The facts: Their solo DJ sets at premier hardcore nights like Slammin’ Vinyl are legendary for keeping the massive on their toes until the early morn. And as one of the UK’s leading production twosomes, Darren Styles & Mark Breeze have earned themselves a global army of fans.
They’re no strangers to massive success having produced and remixed some of clubland’s best-loved floor-fillers. And what’s more, the pair are also wizard songwriters whose skills have produced corkin’ singles for the likes of Ultrabeat, Flip & Fill and Kelly Llorenna. Phew!
But not content with turning out huge tracks for music’s finest, Messers S and B have turned their hands to the business of making their own singles too: their most recent effort arriving in the form of this year’s monster hardcore anthem, ‘You’re Shining’.
And their latest beast, ‘HeartBeatz’, is currently sending the clubs mental. With killer vocals courtesy of Karen Danzig, this thumpin’ tune looks set to be a massive crossover favourite, from the hardcore faithful to clubbing virgins.
