I am based in Islington, London. My career as a performing musician began at the age of eight when I began Spanish classical guitar lessons, as I reached my early teens my interest turned to electric guitar and the desire to join a band naturally followed, soon I was playing in several local bands and upon leaving school I enrolled at music college.
Leaving college I discovered my true calling as a bassist, and began working as a professional musician, gigging at least four or five times a week on the club circuit in the north/north east and in Wales, gaining very valuable experience, playing a wide variety of styles and learning the art of winning over legendarily tough audiences.
Following that I started working with a number of original artists performing mainly on the south coast, London and Oxfordshire. During this period I had the pleasure of working with a number of very talented musicians, and clocked up yet more stage time and a great deal of studio experience.
Over the length of my career I have played in many different styles with many different people and situations, from Basement bars to sold out concert halls, from small commercial studios to residential studios used by major record labels, the one thing that remains constant is my absolute dedication to giving the best possible performance and serving the needs of the song above all else.
