Closed my eyes for a moment as I stood out in the crowd & felt the beautiful Island Earthfair vibe...definite magic in the air. Looked around & saw people of all ages enjoyin' the groove, dancing & lovin' Sub-Pop. Don't ever quit bringing the music to the community, it's better than ever. Whenever I speak about coming to live on the Island to anyone, I tell them how pivotal it was that I met you and how it really influenced me into realizing what a special place this was. Your friendship means the world to me, you are a true friend that I could trust with my life…..not something one can easily say about the people they know, but a feeling I’ve always had about you. You are loved by many for multiple reasons and I feel honored to know you and call you a good friend. I’m proud of the work that I’ve done to bring good music to this community at the Bike, and Island Earthfair before that….but nothing comes close to getting the recognition by my peers, friends and family….it means a lot to me. Nobody has ever written anything about me before, especially that complimentary of a piece….so I’m pretty humbled by it all. Thanks for your kind words and thanks for being such a good friend.
