Welcome to SubcultureArt Industries!
SubcultureArt Industries is a business based in Lawton, Oklahoma. You might know SubcultureArt from some of the shows that we have booked, but we're taking a break from booking in order to focus more on the artistic side of the music business. Things that we still do include graphic design, photography, videos, press write-ups, interviews, etc ... Don't hesitate to hit us up and ask, we'll probably do it.
The business was started by Justin Smith in 2004. He started it as a way to break into concert photography, and it eventually grew into what it is now. On August 2nd, 2007, Eric "Holocaust" Brown was added to the team. He has been involved with the music scene in Lawton for a long time, and plays with the local band "Madtop."

Flogging Molly, Dropkick Murphy's, Flatfoot 56, Everybody Out!, Reverend Peyton's Big Damn Band, Dusty Rhodes and the River Band, Tiger Army, Big D and the Kids Table, Agnostic Front, Dead Town Revival, Das Kapital, The Frantic, Jason Webley, The Electric Primadonnas, Sergeant Cloud, Against 72, Here's Johnnie, The Nancy's, Mad Top, How Rumors Start, 36 Dead, Colony of Ashes, The Nightmares, Aaron Bryant, Rock the Light, Jah Roots, Mounting Santa, Nothing Left to Lose, The Logan, The Dirty Mugs, Henessey Bridge Fight Club,

Who I'd like to meet: WHO WE'D LIKE TO MEET
Artists, musicians, activists, roadies, bums, photographers, painters, actors, entrepreneurs, hooligans, ruffians, punks, rudies, the ghost of Andy Warhol - I could keep going.
“Taking their fight to the streets, Austin’s Krum Bums spew venomous punk rock with hardcore tendencies that incorporates elements of thrash metal and tackles the usual themes of integrity and complacency. Formed in 2000 and led by the confrontational growl of David Rodriguez, who performs as Dave Tejas, the Bums rush like salt on an open wound, intense and painful, a fact proven by the stunning live set at the inaugural Fun Fun Fun Fest in 2006. Remarkably, that ferocity is captured on the band’s studio output. The quintet, rounded out Trae Martinez, Javier Vigil, Justin Hall, and Tommy G, issued The Sound on foreign label T.S.O.R. Records and a difficult to find 7-inch EP, Cut Into Me. Their local notoriety and association with kingpins Lower Class Brats landed the Bums on renowned hardcore label TKO Records, debuting stateside in 2006 with Death Can Wait, a split EP with local partners in crime, Complete Control. Their 2007 LP, As the Tides Turn, recorded at the Bubble, was 33 minutes of brandishing brutality, easily their best work to date. ” – Austin Powell, Austin Chronicle
