“[Sub]NOVA have perfected a big-guitar rock sound that fills the room with awesome tones. 'Severance' is tight, powerful and able to break the sound apart to create moments of delicacy amongst the giant guitar driven sections. 'Kerosene Girl' is a grunge-ified smouldering landscape with seriously driving bass guitar and 'Black Soul Monday' is a great opportunity for the band to let rip with the big guitars. It's a bit more edgy for 'Arms Wide Open', more riffy and alternative than the other three tracks, but still an awesome track. It has a solo that sounds like Bushbaby's 'Space Corps' and a chorus that could tear up your speakers.
Sub Nova is a dream combination of a really tight and powerful band with a seriously good singer” –www.intomusic.co.uk

"Effortlessly between foundation floundering to deft subtlety and back" -David Dunn
"[sub]NOVA's live effectiveness solid production and songs that smoulder to a richly woven conclusion. Gary Walker's vocals are charismatic in a often hefty way; they have a quality and range that can appeal to the "Dark clad brigade" as well as ANY radio playlist" -The Star
"Sheffields [sub]NOVA sound like a home-grown musical monster, somewhere between Audioslave- The Sterophonics with a hint of Jeff Buckley. With their gravely vocals, drop tuned guitars and distinctive riffs. Kerosene Girl and Porcelain are very impressive showpeices" -Sandman Magazine
"You see band every now and again that you KNOW are just a step away from being signed BIG TIME! I reckon for [sub]NOVA it just a matter of a short time" -Mentholman Promotions
"[sub]NOVA are very good indeed; their vocalist has an incredible voice similar to that of Chris Cornell and the music has a Tool/Audioslave type sound. Rampaging power-chords and exhilarating lead solos both create a big, fat and consistently pleasing sound that is only ever significantly enhanced by the vocals. Go to myspace.com/subnovaband to hear some for yourself and... let me guarantee if you like this genre you will like [sub]NOVA." -No Tile Mag- Leeds
"[sub]NOVA have the potential for radio friendly rock songs ranging from melodic ballads to big riffy rock machines. They have already played on Kerrang and BBC Radio. We're people in the industry/scene who understand what musicians and fans want. We're creating a place where music in the most important thing. Remember when Myspace was a cool place for band to be discovered? Now in 2009 it's basically nothing but bands adding bands! Not to mention tons of fans have moved on to facebook because of all the band spam! Yeah that's right, sorry to tell you kids, but the industry knows your numbers are the result of "friend blasters" and spending day and night doing random add's. No one is impressed! So, what will be the site that Facebook defectors and music fans search when they want to hear some music?
Band Array Dot Com
Sign up now, get your band name before someone else steals it! Fans sign up and get free downloads from the bands!
So why join up to a new site? It has all the perks of Myspace, BUT, you can also create a store right on your page to sell ALL your merch including digital media! And the best part is, YOU get paid direct via PayPal. No middle man to cut into your profits! One stop for you and your fans! And Hey, you can always use more exposure right?!?
