'Subsketch's debut LP showcases exactly what sets him apart from his contemporaries, the music crafted with a somewhat cinematic feel, his flow comfortably walking the line between rhyming and singing. Something totally different is not always for everyone but those who persevere with open ears can be genuinely rewarded.' – In The Mix
'It’s refreshing to see Australian hip hop finally turn the corner away from boring battle raps, party cliches and misogyny.' - Cyclic Defrost Magazine
'Very wordy, very abstract, very dark, very different. Cheaper Than Therapy is one of the more unique albums you'll hear this year.' - Groove On.com
'Subsketch is a bit different from most of the Hip-Hop artists making music in Australia at the moment. Introverted, dark and poetically abstract, Subsketch's sound is closer to that of Sage Francis, Buck 65 or the Anticon label than the funk sampling, straight-up Hip-Hop sound of almost everybody else in Australia' - dB Magazine
'It's a truly melodic kind of hip-hop that Subsketch creates, one filled with instrumental experimentation that provides for an almost cinematic experience. As the album title suggests, who needs therapy when you've got this one to keep you sane?' – Syn FM, All Australian Album Of The Week
