SUBSPACE RADIO
The music of Subspace Radio could be pictured as melodic, progressive influenced rock, which has tight performance, but yet atmospheric and fluent texture, with respect for melodies and versatility, and with layered and cross-referencing structures. In addition, the music leaves sufficient space and time for all instruments and vocals to stand out respectively. "We do this only from the heart and by our own judgement. If we don't feel it, we don't do it..."
Subspace Radio started in 2002. Max Malin (drums) and Juha Mattila (guitars), crossed their path with Jarkko Saren, who joined the band as bass player in March 2002. In addition, after the departure of the previous singer, Jarkko also took over the lead vocals. Teppo Nurminen joined in keyboards in December 2002.
This new line-up immediately began to put together their compositions and new ideas, which formatted into the shape of the debut album in November 19, 2004.
The band spent a while creating new music and began recording the follow-up album "Random Ticket" in June 2007. The album was released in November 19, 2007.
After the release tour of Random Ticket, Jarkko decided to leave the band to pursue new challenges. The band wishes him well and now is more than happy to invite everyone to welcome our new members Martti Anttila, lead vocals and Andrea Ferrantelli, bass.
This is the beginning of an exciting new era and the band is more than thrilled to prepare for the future, including gigs and composing new songs for the future album!

Just passing by to wish you a great week and to tell that i have already more than 20 songs ready for the next Temple of Sin cd which should be ready until september. Band has now a new drummer and a bassplayer and before hitting the studio, we will play some shows around south america. Later this year we get the band to europe and hopefully USA and Japan.
