Sub-Woofer Special started out as a side project for Chris De Pew, a South Jersey boy who decided to start diving into FL Studio back in 2005. At the time, he just made music to pass the time by, not ever really taking it too seriously. However, soon a day came where he realized that people actually liked listening to his songs. So he thought he should finally become serious with his compositions and try to improve his musical talents. Thus, Sub-Woofer Special was born in the summer of 2006. Since then, Chris has released one full length CD and recently a new EP. His genre has changed a little bit since the beginning, but now he's incorporated all of his favorite genres into one. Ranging from elements of electronica, chiptune, classical, and rock. So sit back and enjoy the music. Comment and be a good friend while you're at it :D!
