Candice	Sep 10 2008 11:13 PM Ok, it sounds like a bad joke, it sounds like there had to be another reason. Seriously, there was no other reason than on Saturday night HOLLYWOOD sang the Sesame Street theme song at Harpo's. HE received a standing ovation! It is karaoke and it is supposed to be fun, he is known for singing songs that are unexpected and has always encouraged everyone to sing songs that they enjoy and that they have fun with. Harpo's manager Danny had already banned him from singing 'Parents Just Don't Understand' by DJ Jazzy Jeff and the Fresh Prince for the simple reason of...he did not like that song. That was about 4 months ago and he complied with his wishes. This time Danny did not even talk to Hollywood about the song, he stated to hollywood's immediate boss that there were some business owners in there that he knew and he was embarressed that his DJ would sing the Sesame Street theme song and that Hollywood's services were no longer needed. On top of that Harpo's has cancelled Karaoke on Friday Nights! They will only be doing karaoke on Wednesdays and Saturdays! A lot of you know Hollywood, He shows up to work an hour early, he talks to everyone and he makes everyone feel at home.... He has never received a complaint and he has always loved his job with a passion. I will never step foot into Harpo's again unless Hollywood is greeted with an apology! This has to be the most ridiculous thing that I have ever heard of....it just so happens that it is the most ridiculous thing that has ever happened to me or my family, EVER! If you would like to voice your opinion or ASK Danny the manager at Harpo's Chesterfield at 636-537-1970. Harpo's is located at 136 Hilltown Village Chesterfield, MO 63017 - Please feel free to write letters of complaints. Under normal circumstances I would not ask for calls or complaints, but I would really like to understand what is wrong with singing The Sesame Street Theme Song? It's Karaoke?!?!!!?
