Hey...we're a covers band! We try to sound like them all!
We are a covers band based in Hull (UK) playing 60s to present and plenty more in between.
SUDDEN impact started life in 2005 with four local lads putting together a great selection of cover tracks and developing a distinguishing sound for the "live music" loving public to enjoy.
As with all great bands, things change and people move, but SUDDEN impact still remain !! We now boast a new line up, including bassist Alan and Guitarist Phil, some new material, a subtly different sound but definitely that same "SUDDEN impact" feel that is the backbone of our performance today.
In record time (thanks to Shep from Bullets For Teeth for the rehearsal room) We are now well and truly back on the gig circuit, playing the local scene and further a field. Our enthusiasm for live music grows with every gig and it seems the more people hear, the more they want to hear! Be sure to come down and catch one of our shows, all you have to do is enjoy the music and we will do the rest.
