About me:

.. I AM blessed to have studied at the Satchidananda Ashram and to have received mantra initiation from his holiness, Sri Swami Satchidananda. I am blessed by the wonderful spirit of Ananda. I AM blessed to be a certified Jivamukti Yoga teacher (www.jivamuktiyoga.com) and to have Sharon and David in my life as teachers and spiritual friends.I have so much gratitude for all the spritual gifts that have been laid at my feet in this lifetime! Currently I am the Yoga Director for the Vedic Conservatory in West Palm Beach and they are hosting my course, Yoga Veda Teacher Training. I divide my time between Northwest Florida and West Palm Beach. My healing practice now includes animals! Sita, a 12 week tabby kitten came to me with broken legs and the local vets said she should be put to sleep. She also had a C curve in her spine and was shaped like the letter itself. Sita was receptive and now walks (Runs), plays, and has a straight spine. Our animal friends deserve energy based healing too! Sita's recovery plan included yoga therapy, thai bodywork, and energy based healing. I now regularly see cats in my private practice. I love to share the teachings, chant, meditate, pray, and of course I'm an asana (physical postures of hatha yoga) junkie! For more information about my views on yoga visit my blog.
