A mom with a guitar who enjoys singing with kids, has lots of contacts in the northern Colorado music community, and finally got to be a rock and roll diva on her latest CD!

Sue began performing and singing with young children when she was in high school (early 70's). After a short hiatus to pursue other things such as college and work, Sue returned to music in 1994 while pregnant with her second child. Over ten years later, she and her kids are going strong. Now, Sue is well known throughout northern Colorado as a singer, songwriter, guitarist, performer, and teacher who specializes in music for young children and their families. Sue also has added school assemblies and after school programs to her resume.
Sues energetic performances get children and parents singing and dancing along. Her award winning CDs have been described as like having a Mommy and Me music class in your home.

After pre-release tours in Colorado and Georgia, Dehlia Low’s new full-length cd “Tellico” will be presented for the first time in Asheville this Thursday at the Grey Eagle ($8/10, thegreyeagle.com)! Several cuts off the new disk can be heard on at www.myspace.com/dehlialow and live takes of a few of the songs will be performed Thursday afternoon on WNCW 88.7FM. Thursday night’s show will also be a chance for those of you who didn’t make it to Merlefest to hear Lyons, Colorado’s own Spring Creek Bluegrass Band, who are also preparing to release a new disk next month. Dehlia Low will also be joined by “Tellico” producer Jon Stickley of the Shannon Whitworth band. We hope to see you out and thanks for supporting live, original, and local music.

Regular Old Time Gig at The Laughing Goat
Hey Friends and Fans- I will be presenting old time music at the Laughing Goat in Boulder one sunday per month. The core will be myself and Ryan Drickey but we will regularly include special guests to keep it fresh.
We will focus on traditional and new music that draws from Appalachian fiddle music and rural blues. Here are the dates:
