First of all we would like to make visitors aware "Suffolk Artists" is not a band nor a company!! but, a group where Suffolk Musicians are invited to ALL come together in one profile, ALL genres of music are welcome and ALL Music related companies, event/festival organisers, music venues/publicans, DJ's, producers, record labels, recording studios are ALL welcome to join this profile including the public that are interested in Suffolk Musicians!
We are here to help to raise the awareness of Bands that come from or derive from "SUFFOLK" here in the UK, many talented bands get over looked and I personally cannot understand why some bands here on myspace do NOT have a recording contract!! I have spent many nights here listening to so many talented bands........So this is our mission!
If you're a band from suffolk with any genre of music (we will showcase ALL musical genres, Please take no notice of the 3 options that myspace allows as part of ANY profile!) and would like to be added to this profile or to our website, please add us!!
We have built a small website on this information and will add to the website as and when we receive more info from other bands and music related companies that come forward interested in this FREE service. (WEBSITE CURRENTLY BEING REBUILT AND REDESIGNED)
Also new is the Suffolk Artists Group "Clothing Range" the sales of this will help raise money to provide FREE events for all to come to and discover unsigned/independent bands/musicians, As well as to finance the work Suffolk Artists Group do including the send out of musicians demos to festival organisers and radio stations (We reserve the right to choose from the bands that come forward wanting to access this service) And YOU The band would be responsible to present us with a biog about your band to send out with the cd's.

NEW - NEW - NEW - PB @ B2 in NORWICH!! We now put on a monthly Planet Beet at Norwich's B2 venue, which was purpose built for original bands. At all these gigs there will be prizes, and members of the bands will also be DJing between sets. All gigs open at 8pm and are £4 on the door.
