| Bio | Meghan Hounshell's first comedic performance involved smearing her head with pudding and making loud gurgling noises. While this is a great bit when you are a baby, Meghan soon realized that she might need to move beyond her niche audience. Now, 27 years later as a full-time comic based in Seattle, she has traveled all over the country with her trusty guitar, busting out ironic and sublime lyrics to songs like "Punk Rock Baby Farm" and "I'm Not a Lesbian," and placed in the Top 10 at last years Seattle International Comedy Competition. Meghan has a sordid past, which involves a penchant for church camp outings and a major in Communications (with a minor in International Mime). One of her first songs was the quirky and slightly disturbing "I heart Tom Brokaw." Now she lives the good life, smoking cigarettes and throwing back shots of whiskey with other comics. About me... Well so far I guess I'm redundant.
They should give you some kind of format or questions to answer instead of just blankness. And yes, blankness IS a word. They should help you out a little bit, you know? Like those emails that come around once every couple of months. 1. What is your name? Meghan 2. What color is your hair? Brown 3. Do you sometimes feel like no one understands who you really are inside and if they just knew you, I mean, really KNEW you... well they wouldn't be able to stop themselves from falling in love with you? I mean, the real you? No.

Who I'd like to meet:
Conan O'brien. I have fantasies. Sick, sick fantasies. I'm a guest on his show. I am very charming. We just click, you know? The comedy is just rolling off both of us like we've been covered in a thin layer of plastic wrap. The pink kind. Right before the commercial break I say something hilarious, he retorts with an equally witty tag to my joke and I gently put my hand on his forearm while I laugh and look into his eyes. He says, "We'll be right back with Al Roker, stick around!" Cut to commerical. Conan leans over, smiling. "You give a great interview, Meghan." Thank you Conan. Thank you.
