Join us for a weekend of camping, arts & crafts, good music, good vibes & good people at Beautiful Sunshine Daydreams park Where the legendary "Jerry Garcia Birthday Bash" has been held annually for the last 10 years(*It started 20 years ago before Jerry passed), the first" All Good Festival", "The Tree Huggers Ball" and many other amazing shows and acts such as Bob Weir & Ratdog, G. Love & the Special Sauce, The Disco Biscuits, String Cheese Incident, Keller Williams (with many different artists) Yonder Mountain String Band, Bela Fleck & the Flecktones, Leftover Salmon, Galactic, Railroad Earth, Ekoostik Hookah, New Monsoon, The Recipe, All Mighty Senators, Col. Sunshine Daydream, LLC always strives to provide our patrons and friends with the best possible selection of food and craft vendors. If you are a vendor yourself, and you would like to register for vending at any Sunshine Daydream event, please read the following carefully:
In order to register for vending at any Sunshine Daydream event, please contact Sunshine Daydream for information. Download the Vendor Registration Form to fill out and mail back to us.
*Note: Please include "Vending Registration for Sunshine Daydream" as the subject line when mailing your forms. The Vendor Sign-Up Sheet is also Available Below Vending Rules
Vending Rules
Please Read Carefully
All vendors must apply at least 6 weeks prior to any event. There will be no exceptions.
Vending spaces are filled on a first come, first serve basis.
Vending spaces are 12'X 12'(144 square feet).
Vendor passes include: admission of 2 vendors for crafts and 3 vendors for food. 1 extra pass may be purchased at 1/2(half) the gate ticket price.
All vendors must fill out WV sales tax form and pay 6% tax. There will be no exceptions.
All food vendors must apply for health permit. Our Health Department officer is a very friendly and helpful person. We have all the info that you will need here at Sunshine Daydream.
All vendors will be expected to use the dumpster conveniently located in the vending area.
Any food vendor caught dumping food on the ground will lose their privilege to vend.
All cooking and fryer oil leaves with the vendor, it does not go into the dumpster.
There will be a $3.00 fee added to each vending space. This fee is for a port-o-pot that will be for vendors only. Please do not let friends use this port-o-pot.
The sale of any illegal items will not be tolerated.
A complete list of all items you wish to sell must be submitted with your application, this is to ensure that there is no overkill of the same items being vended, and it will also help you make more cash.
