Summer March was born at 7 october 2007. it's happened when jalu was talking with satya and he said that he was very tired to play metal genre which had been lame and jalu wants to play something fresh. and when jalu was playing guitar, satya started to dance while he was playing playstation. so he decided to start a new band and they decided the genre is Post Punk and the name is "The Hopeless Company"

After that, they started to search a bass player and they remember about their friend, adit. he lived at his school dormitory at parung.

But, because adit only can leave his dormitory once in 2 weeks, Adit decided to Resigned

Finally we got Rana the bass player but he turned into guitarist. Rana wanted to change the band name, we got a good name, Summer March. after we done our second recording, Satya resigned too. Jalu has been stressed and he's looking for a good bass player and he remembered Oni. After Oni Join the band. it seems that Oni doesn't fit for the bass section, and he take the lead guitar section. Finally we got Our bass player, Jul. Welcome aboard.

We changed our formation a lot. But finally we found the perfect formation for this band. Rana as rhythm guitarist and vocalist, Oni as lead guitarist, Jul as bass player and backing vocal, and Jalu as drummer.

Okay, finally we become a one full band named summer march. we hate people who laugh at us because we are different or we could say different for their own reason.
jalu always says: if people give us their respect, we must give them our respect. if you want to get a respect, give them your respect too. we'll do the same thing.. hehe, we are punk!
satya always says: all people are stupid. if there is one people look different with them, they will say that we are a weird people
rana always says: we dont give a damn about anything, we'll be ourself then God will like us..
the summer march always says: we all hope a peaceful world! we hate war!

dont give up from your life, everyone have a chance to be great. dont go suicide because you just had a break up, its sucks. our journey is still a long long way to go. we must move on. be free and strong! like our song anthemic powerful punk . okay those words and paragraph are our history, keep checking this page. see you in the show!
