SUMMIT K-15 es una formación joven, tan sólo tiene tres años de vida, por lo que su historia es corta. Su nombre hace alusión a la designación topográfica del Everest. Al igual que el Everest es la cima más alta del mundo, SUMMIT K-15 quiere llegar a lo más alto en el mundo de la música.
Todos los componentes de formaciones anteriores tales como NUM, The Crow o C-Men (Banda cubana de NU-Metal) aportando cada uno su experiencia en dichas bandas al sonido tan personal de SummiT.
La banda ha pasado por varias transformaciones tanto de integrantes como de estilo. Los fichajes mas recientes fichajes son Alan en las voces y El Buda en la bateria. Esta nueva formación de la banda ha traído como consecuencia un cambio de estilo, para comenzar se ha hecho una readaptación de algunas de las canciones existentes y se han creado letras en ingles para dichas canciones, además de una mayor variedad vocal en la manera de interpretarlas.
SUMMIT K-15 tiene un marcado sonido metal, con influencias del Heavy- metal de los ..80, el trash y el hard-core (Pantera, Metallica, Slayer, Sepultura...) y bandas mas modernas del corte de KillSwitch Engage o Tool, aunque tambien tiene influencias tan variopintas que van desde The Beatles hasta el flamenco más profundo.
Han compartido escenario con grupos como:
OPIUM RELAX, VITA IMANA, ESPARZIOS, INKORDIO, GRIMKS, VIEJO LEGADO, BRUTAL MIND, INFLEXIÓN URINARIA Y RUBIK, CUERNOS DE CHIVO, AMNIOTIC LIQUID y un largo etc.

Sigo muy preocupada con este tema, y ya han pasado meses...
No comprendo que pretende, ni cuales son sus verdaderas motivaciones, la verdad, cada dia entiendo menos todo esto, pero aunque no me llame y no sepa nada de él... siempre apoyaré a mi hijo incluso en una locura como esta.
