SUMMON was originally formed in 1991 with the intent of creating extreme music... The band was inactive from 1992-1994 being busy with MASOCHIST. It was not until 1995 that SUMMON was exhumed from it's shallow empty grave. And soon after released a demo "Fire Turns Everything..Black" and a full length "Dark Descent Of Fallen Souls" . In 1999 the band released it's first official release on Baphomet/Necropolis "Baptized By Fire" The band went through many line up changes over the years. And in 2001 they release a experimental CD "No Thoughts From The Sky" It was interesting but did not capture the intensity they knew they had . SUMMON then joined forces with Moribund Records in 2003 and released " And The Blood Runs Black" and in 2005 "Fallen"
SUMMON have always been a live band and over the years has devastated many eardrums and will continue to set the tone for extreme metal. Look for SUMMON coming to your town soon!

You guys are fuckin' killer I happened to buy your album No Thoughts From the Sky about 2-3 years ago from Jam Music (before those old guys sold the place), it doesn't work that whell anymore but Black Wind's Abyss still does, and it tripped me out that you guys were local and you gave respect to Production Grey(I can't find that damn defilement cd anywhere!) which a lot of people don't even have a clue about, I think you guys are the best black metal band I've ever heard
