Music guides me through whatever feeling I am going through- to access the emotion, feel the power of it, and then let it go.
My favorite lyrical artists are Sizzla, Alicia Keys, Erykah, and Vanylla. I love the lyrics and sounds of reggae (roots/lover’s rock/dancehall) most of all. I always hear new things, more levels of what was always there, that now have new meaning.
My other favorite albums (ones I replay way too much) … are the collections of Sumsei, DJ What, and Westafa.
I also love to sing my heart out to girly music (preferably up loud so I don't have to hear myself) and the old school hits that bring me back....
Fly like an eagle...Movies
I Love the emotions that are accessible through movies. The essence they magnify and bring to life, front and center, if only for that moment.

Not enough of a priority for me.... Especially since there is now YouTube. Whatever time I would spend on TV are much better invested. It's a open source (not edited by the media); the variety of information is amazing. If I did watch, it would be all of the Discovery channel educational/travel) shows, Entourage, or Charmed.Books
I enjoy reading books and articles. I read when I can...
My favorites are about truths, perspectives, spirituality (I am open to many different forms), informational, ones that make me feel more connected and/or feed my curious heart and mind. The best are ones that I can read again later and see so much more in! I have many I'd love to enjoy. A book I recommend for everyone is Gregg Braden's Walking Between the Worlds or his Isaiah Effect.
Favorites: Anything by Gregg Braden, Drunvalo, or Jelaila Starr. ASTROLOGY OF THE SOUL (So many enjoy this book) ~ Newly revised and expanded with relationships into Cosmic Love by Jan Spiller, Shakti Mantras by Ashley-Ferrand, Ascension and Romantic Relationships, Sedona Starseed, Soul Psychology, 11:11, ET101, The Life You Were Born to Live, Covey books...Heroes
Those here who are enjoying the experience of life, growing, making it happen, and are strong through the various difficulties that our misguided perceptions bring us, the pain of letting them go, building strength and CHARACTER, and Keepin on. Especially those open enough to Share Experience - the Realness of themselves, that is the bravest I think anyone can be. We all go through the same shit. Those who are real, open, guiding those who are stuck if they know the way "out" (really IN). That is the greatest "charity" or giving I can conceive as of now.....
I am really feeling the beautiful strength I've found in women over the past few months. And all people who are in service to others, while knowing their value at the same time....

Eliminate all BUTs from your life. Think about what the effect of BUT is in your communication to yourself and others. When we talk to ourselves we often use BUT to distort our reality in a way that leads us to go down familiar negative paths. We tell ourself a postive and then use BUT to take it away a lot of times. We tell someone that we love them and then we spoil it by saying BUT this is happening which our special person interprets as we don't really love them. I am successful BUT I am not as motivated as I want to be. Does this take away from the pleasure of being successful or does it take away the success altogether.
Use the word AND instead; you will find that you are more at peace with yourself, and your friends and family appreciate the positive talk. You will even find it easier to get rid of that other BUTT when you stop using BUT altogether.
