Its been a pretty wicked summer here in the great land of Oz. No need to go anywhere else, really. Full love and respect to all the awesome cats i've shared a laugh with. As we head out of summer, I've decided to make Matreiya Festival (last weekend) my last Australian gig for the year. Minus one or two that have been booked in advance for a while now. There is a huge tour being planned for O.S.08, so those dates will be listed here as soon as their confirmed, stay tooned...

Been a while since any kind of update on here. After alot of work in the studio and the subsequent touring hoo har, september and october i laid back somewhat and chilled... but now, its time to get the groove on again, back in the box!! Have uploaded a preview of the latest wombat track for the open records compilation 'festivus'... this will be a killer cd, on ya lads!!... release list updated somewhat, although i'm still struggling to remember some past releases, and some new ones [i know, memory is shot ;) ]

OKAY a BIG thanks to all for the album feedback, its been super strong and lets hope the sales reflect that!! At the moment its sold out on Saiko, which was to be expected i'm told because it mostly serves the asia-pacific region. Go the Aussie Contingent! But on psyshop it is still available, and also should be at JBHIFI by now... Other interesting things happening... I'm re-working the new live set based around the album for the glade festival. re-working it for 5.1 surround sound!! i'm giving the funktion1 guys a couple of extra audio channels that they can sweep around a quad speaker setup. They have done this already on a massive scale for groups like Underworld, and apparently they were very happy with it!...
So, yeh wow, a bio in first person... how very odd. First up, lemme get one thing straight here; I've never tried to claim that i can somehow 'control' the weather. You wouldn't believe how much i get that and its just silly ridiculous!! We owe everything we are, have become, and will become to the light our G-type Star gives while we travel the long journey and circle it each and every year... The name read forward is, well, how it really is. Read backwards, is a state of mind. Most people i know have been there, to the land of Lions, Tigers and Bears.
But what really piques my curiosity is someday people like us will harness vast amounts of power, rivalling the suns inner furnace, and turn their gazes upward making the heavens tremble. This would be a day to behold. Whether the setting is physical in nature, or metaphysical, is up to you. The former requires all our concerted effort, while the latter has always been, induvidually, possible.
If, for the meantime, we can harness just a pinheads worth of that same energy that gave us all life, express it as we please, then we are on the right track and worthy of it... so, let there be light fukkers!

Yeah just need to do some mastering. Im busy as F..k trying to get my live set ready for the Ozzy tour. My Hard drive crashed 3 weeks ago along with 3-4 tracks so working hard now :) Ill send you the mastered version if I can make it in time before I leave.
