Sundown rejects the idea that poetry is dull, that the arts cannot work together. We are working towards recognition that Essex can compete in the arts scene and has something quite unique to show for itself. You don't have to travel to London to get a uniquely diverse evening's entertainment.
As organisers, we are hoping to provide a forum for new artists to reach an audience interested in what they have to say.
