Thank you for your support. I'm challenging Joe Biden here in Delaware. After 36 years of Joe Biden shamelessly deriding our military leaders and attacking conservative judges like Bork, Alito, Roberts, and Thomas, it's time to finally unseat the Republican Party's "Public Enemy #1."
For years he has put his own political ambitions and his ego ahead of the needs of our state or Delaware and put his own partisan liberal agenda ahead of the good of our country. This is the first time in many years that we have a real chance of unseating Biden. The people of Delaware are tiring of his partisanship and his personal agenda. Many of us in Delaware have grown embarrassed by his racially insensitive comments and his frequent gaffes.
He is vulnerable within our state and he is despised nationally by Republicans. In a year when many Republicans are unenthusiastic, I think we can make this THE race for Republicans nationally. It's time for us to start going on the offensive again, and Biden is the perfect target to boost Republican morale and win a really big victory in '08. I hope I can count on the support of you and your conservative friends.

Only single payer can cut costs and improve quality of care. And only a huge public outcry will make it happen.
