I Sunny Bay sono una cover band nata a Roma nel novembre 2004, anche se alcuni dei componenti della band suonano insieme dal 1994, avendo fatto parte di diversi gruppi attivi per anni nella maggior parte dei locali romani. La band ama e suona con passione soprattutto rock-blues e southern rock. I principali gruppi e artisti di riferimento sono i Lynyrd Skynyrd, la Steve Miller Band, J.J. Cale, i Dr. Feelgood, la J. Geils Band, i Rolling Stones. Nel set dei Sunny Bay si possono ascoltare standards blues e rhythm'n'blues (The thrill is gone, Pride and Joy), ballads rock (Sensitive kind, Cryin', The tracks of my tears, Tuesday's gone, Waitin' on a friend), standards southern rock (Sweet home Alabama, Call me the breeze), rock (Centerfold, The Joker, Honky tonk Women) e rock'n'roll (Great balls of fire). La band si esibisce spesso al Fonclea, storico locale romano, o nei piccoli e "caldi" pub di San Lorenzo, e i loro set si concludono spesso col pubblico scatenato che balla sui tavoli.

Sunny Bay are a cover band born in Rome in november 2004, even if some of the musicians of the band have played togheter since 1994. The band loves and plays with passion, above all, rock-blues and southern rock music. The most important reference bands and musicians of Sunny Bay are Lynyrd Skynyrd, Steve Miller Band, J.J. Cale, Dr. Feelgood, J. Geils Band, The Rolling Stones.
