Since the 1980s when I took a trip to Jamaica, Roots Reggae has been part of my life experience. Reggae has had a very healing influence on me spiritually. It has brought me to my present involvement in learning about Buddhist philosophy which teaches love and compassion for oneself and others.
The Dalai Lama has been my most loved teacher, followed by Bob Marley.
