I'm not afraid to get on the back of a Harley for a ride out and about. I also have a Care Bear collection, not sure how many are in the other room LOL!!! probably too many to count!
I'm generally not hard to get to know so if you have any questions just ask!
Music
I enjoy music a lot however country is my favorite with the oldies right behind it. Bluegrass, mountain music, and soft rock are very close behind that. I even can listen to the newer stuff as long as it doesn't make me wanna bang my head or is too LOUD!
Movies
I love the oldies! War movies, westerns, and chick flicks would be the top of the list. From Flags Of Our Fathers to Oh Brother Where Art Thou to Titantic.
Television
I do not watch much TV currently! But I do like CSI, Without a Trace, and Law & Order SVU and even sometimes House.
Books
I don't read very much, but I did just finish reading the Band of Brothers.
Heroes
I would have to say my heros are the ones who accept me for who I am and are there for me when I need a shoulder to cry on!

Sunny is seriously thinking a walk in the cemetery to regroup should be on order today that's how I recharge.... hmmm wonder if it's cold outside! Posted 17 hours ago view more
Hi there! My nickname is Sunny. Genealogy became my passion after my Grandmother passed away when I was 16 yrs old. I am also a WWII re-enactor working with a great unit ran by one of my oldest friends. I am currently a US Civilian working my role into modeling the life of Martha Gellhorn, a War Correspondent.
I have three wonderful grown children, my son is currently living in town here and both my girls live down in Missouri. Add one son in law and two grandsons to the list and you have my immediate family.
I play cards, work jigsaw puzzles, go to flea markets, and love to go camping and fishing... and yes I can bait my own hook! I enjoy taking a hike thru a State Park, too! If it's not too hot or too cold outside that is where you will find me.
I love the color yellow and sweet tea and pizza! My two favorite candle scents are Honeysuckle and Lilac.
O.k. Obersharfurher is basically a 2nd Lieutenant. The next rank is Hauptsharfurher and that is a 1st lieutenant. for pronunciation, well lets see,
Ober(the o is a long o)-shar- furher(like Hitler's title of furher)
In german Furher translates to "leader" so as Hitler was the leader of germany He was the "furher". an Obersharfurher was the highest ranking NCO and therefor the leader of the enlisted rank structer, so "Furher" was given in his name title. German rank goes like this, or at least SS rank does. Army and airforce rank are slightly different.
Shutze, Obershutze, Sturmann, Rottenfurher, Untersharfurer, Sharfurher, Obershrfurher, and Hauptsharfurher. Then you get into officer rank. these are Junior grad officer ranks.
Untersturmfurher, Sturmfurher, Obersturmfurher, and Hauptsturmfurher. then came you field grade officer ranks, these guys were in command of the SS field divisions.
Sturmbahnfurher, Obersturmbahnfurher, Standartenfurher, and Oberfurher. after that you have the General officer ranks these guys were the highest echelon and were commonly in Hitler's inner sanctum. The were in command of the SS as a battle group.
Brigadefurher, Gruppenfurher, Obergruppenfurher, and finally Oberstgruppenfurher. And last but not least you had Hienrich Himmler, Head of the SS and he himself had a rank. It was
Riechfurher SS
This concludes your lesson in German rank and termonology, hope that helps. LOL!
