Sunspots formed in the heart of New York, NY in 2007 through friendship and adversity. Coming from California, Atlanta, Philly and Virginia each member brings the genes to form the 104 chromosomed group. Influences range from Jimmy, Jeff Buckley, Sigur Ros and Radiohead to shape the double helix of each song.
After much time in the studio, Sunspots is getting ready to release their first EP in Fall 2009. Stay tuned for details on how you can get your hands on their music. In the meantime, listen to some rough mixes in our player above.
