1.) Sundrops Finished
Suntrip Records is back with a 4th compilation. This time we present you a pure morning trance compilation called Sundrops. Inspired by many blissful mornings on festivals we decided to make a deep emotional morning compilation that makes people fly.
We managed to gather 8 classic morning trance compositions from famous artists and some new talent.

First we have Chi-a.d. who will bring, after many years of silence, a deep hypnotic goa trance track in the “old” style. Another master of goa trance, California Sunshine, is next with a more storming morning track with a tribal feeling. Number 3 on the cd are Virtuart & Chronomyst with a very long and emotional trance journey followed by a more subtle goa trance track with lots of small hidden melodies by Aerosis.
The second part of the cd starts with a much more energetic track by Artifact303, one of the great new rising talents. After that we have a fantastic debut by Belgian Antares who managed to melt euphoric melodies perfectly together with more floating trance.Ra presents us another super deep and emotional hypnotic track and the last track is from one of our main artists: Filteria. He made a downtempo track for this compilation with huge melodies…
This is a compilation specially made for people that are hooked to the magical feeling of a sunrise on a beach filled with palm trees and dancing freaks!
Release date
Probably this cd will be released at the end of february or the beginning of march! :) So in aprox. 2 months it should be ready! :)

3.) Other musical future plans
Merr0w will be our next artist making an album for us. It will be called Born Underwater, and as it is almost ready, expect it in january 2009. The album will be crazy melodic goa trance in the Pleiadians style :)
Else we have both Afgin and Filteria finalising their album... Both are planned to become released before the summer! :) So you can see, Goa Trance is not dead! :)
4.) Parties and live music
Our artists are getting more and more booked! :) this makes us extremely happy, and of course we try to promote them as well with a Suntrip party once in a while. :)
The Ra party a few days ago (21st of december) was a succes and an ambient release party is planned for february! This will be the perfect way to hear the Opus Iridium ambient cd for the first time in full glory! :)
Many many more dj sets and live acts from our team can be heard all around the globe following months
Check the parties on top of this page once in a while... Of course you get alot of dj sets by me (Anoebis) in Belgium, but Afgin plays alot in Israel as well these days, Filteria is travelling around the globe and other Suntrip artists will perform allover Europe as well! Try to catch them once they are in your neighbourhood! :)

5.) Updates about how to order our "out of stock" cds
We had alot of mails about this issue. All our releases till Twist Dreams are totally sold out on every online shop. Also, they won't come back available. They are simply all sold out
But... That doesn't mean there are no more cds left! :)
We still have boxes of cds at our home, which means the only place at this moment to order SUNCD 1 - 6 is via us :)
The best way for this is simply go to our www.suntriprecords.com page and use our order paper! You simply mail your order and we'll take care of it! Also we are still very democratic with a price of 10€ for each cd!
If you want only the last (and still available) suntrip cds, we hope you can order via your favourite psychedelic music shop, as otherwise we'll have too much work to do :)

1. Label Profile
Suntrip Records is a rather new label that mainly focusses on melodic psychedelic trance, or "new school" or even "new old school" like some tend to say. But in fact we are open for all original ideas :) Melodic progressive trance, deep ambient & ethnic music and melodic night trance are welcome as well, as long the music has that special feeling that seem to be lost in many cases... If you recognise yourself in this profile, or you know people that make this kind of music, don't hesistate to contact us, we are always willing to find new artists! :)
2. History
Since 2000 we (anoebis (Joske) and Mars (Fabien)) met eachother regularely on parties in Belgium and France thanks to the website www.psynews.org. We soon discovered that we had the same love for melodic goa trance, because since 2000 many releases existed out of stereotyped music we started to talk about starting a label, when Fabien found out about an artist called Filteria we made the big step... We started the label in the summer of 2004 officially on the Shihsu party on the Belgian/French border! We signed the contract on a farm... And you wonder how it looked? well... weird I can tell you (and this is real) :p
Anyway, after starting the label oficially we released the first cd of Jannis ..Filteria.. in November 2004. Later, in June 2005 the second release was a compilation called Apsara which was a mixture of famous melodic Goa trance producers and new talents. In October 2005 the third release showed the debut of the French artist Khetzal, known from numerous releases on labels as Ultimae Records and others. He gave us a great mixture of downtempo and uptempo spiritual and floating melodic goa trance. April 2006 was a turning point, the proof Suntrip isn..t only about positive melodic music.. : the Ka-Sol album is both dark and twisted.. A much harder release, but still very psychedelic and dancefloor friendly. We would describe it as ..Forest Trance... Then, in january 2007 we released another compilation, with a mix of famous artists and some of our best upcoming artists! The style can be described, again, as a mix between sensitive melodic goa trance and more twisted goa trance style Pleiadians etc... :)

3. Future
We told you on numerous forums, and via this medium as well, that we would release an album of Ra before the summer! Well, this is not so sure anymore... That an album will happen is sure, but the actual date can be a little delayed, this simply because Christer is not totally ready yet with the album, and we don't want him to rush to reach a deadline... We prefer to have a perfect album with some more months of work! Quality over Quantity!
In case it would be delayed, we'll try to come with another solution... An album of someone else, a compilation, or maybe even a re-release? We'll let you know on time!
Anyway, this changed noting on the fact that nobody less then Christer Borge Lunde joined the Suntrip crew :) You probably know Christer by his hailed Ra - To Sirius album and of course because he was part of famous cult-trance group Dimension 5! The album will be called "9th", and he'll explain why in the booklet of the cd... Also expect some extras that were never on trance cds before... you'll see... :) Rhaaa... I just start drooling when I see the cds he made, and it's like a dream to have him working for us! :)
Also, some of our new artists are working on an album right now! Cosmic Silence started to write one and also Merr0w is twisting his head on new compositions! and last but not least Filteria is working on new material as well, both as Kob and Filteria! What and when will be released, will be told you soon via this website! :)
4. Artists
After releasing 5 cds and having finished number 6 we worked with quiet a lot of artists. Some of them released an album in the mean time (or will release one) so they are our "core" artists. But for us the artists that only released 1 track on a compilation so far are equally important, and they also get the chance to play on our events, and even melodic goa trance that didn't release yet we promote :) Most of them are bookable via us, but not all... Some of them are not yet ready with their live act, or they have not the time/material to play live... but anyway, have a look on what we have to offer... :)
Main artists
Filteria Jannis was our first artist and because of that he will always be special for us, he managed to create a unique melodic goa trance style which was unheard for years! Also he is the only one that created 2 albums for us so far. He now plays allover the world regularely and will release a track of his new project K.O.B. on Twist Dreams soon, also he will release tracks on some other labels and on the Full Moon DVD (where he played) :) If you want more info about him, he has

Khetzal
Matthieu was active with goa trance for years before we found out about him... The day he had send us his promo we fell in love with his music completely! That resulted in an album which was chosen as album of the year on Psynews! He also started his own label in the mean time which concentrates on melodic full on, but he will continue to make goa trance under his khetzal name as well! And once again, you will hear his new music on our next compilation :) More info about khetzal can be found on

Ka-Sol
Well, this Swedish troll is a little different from our other artists... he is not only known for his melodic forest trance, he is probably more know for his dark super psychedelic night music! But as said in our profile we are open for everything, and that can be heard in his first Suntrip album, a mix of all styles... he is right now busy with making a new album that will be released on Schlabbaduerst RekKords! Expect some very dark heavy night music! I'm sure in the future there will be more collaborations with Suntrip as his music fits our psychotic mind very well... :) If you want to talk to him, we have him with us on myspace too :)
Goasia
This very busy Serbian goa artists is also one of the most famous newcommers within the "new school" trance scene, he got noticed on the Pure Planet compilation of Kagdila Records and released on several labels since then, both trance and ambient! On Suntrip he released his amazing I'm Ready on Apsara, and in the future there will be more of him, an album is being created that will be released on Suntrip!... On myspace this is his account :)
Ra
As said in another part of this myspace, we are very glad to have him with us! He has a fantastic reputation within the trance scene with his very sensitive tracks filled with eastern melodies! Soon he will be ready again for live acts normally, and people know what to expect next then :) I Can't wait to dance to his new music in the sun! :)
Afgin
Afgin is an Israeli artists that is part of a group called "Old is Gold", that describes his music perfectly, classic goa trance from the promised land! :) His talent didn't stay unnoticed and he starts to play more and more on underground parties in Israel! He released now on Suntrip's Twist Dreams, and also on Pure Planet 2... Because he is doing so much for the goa trance scene in israel he deserves to be one of our main artists, altough an album isn't planned (yet) :) full support Elad!
Cosmic Silence
He is a newcommer in the Suntrip crew, but he will have a future here for sure! His music can be described as a mix between goa trance and deep progressive trance... Deep basslines with loads of euphoric goa synths on top of that that means! :) He was one of the artists that impressed us the most lately... :) Also he is now in myspace... here is the page! Also he started to work on an album slowly, but will release on other labels as well...
Merr0w
This French guy sounds like the reïncarnation of Pleiadians! Twisted madness only the strong ones can survive! Utopian Society was on Twist Dreams, so you see I'm not kidding... ;) He also played on our Shishu party last summer while the sun was rising, an amazing experience for me, which can be seen on his myspace
, together with music of course! He started to work an album now... We are curious, you too? :)

Talpa
This sound wizard is well known in the trance world, he became very popular with his album "The art of Being None" on Sundance Records... He is changing his style a little these days, but he made specially for Suntrip Records a classic goa trance track which can be heard on Twist Dreams! E-Mantra
This Romanian goa trance lover did some great gigs on Belgian parties, and because his hypnotic music became better and better we decided to give him a chance as well :) he will be released on our next compilation for sure! Pure floating deep goa trance...
Ypsilon 5
Also one of the more known Suntrippers! He released a full album on Tranceform Records in the past and his wild track on Apsara didn't pass unnoticed either... :) His style can be described as very dreamy goa trance, normally not too hectic but with loads of fat melodic synthlines! I'm sure we'll see more of him in the future on Suntrip! :) I also just found out he is on myspace as well, so here is his link :)
Aes Dana
This act needs no more introduction I think! He released 3 albums so far, and more to come! We were very glad to have him with us on the Apsara cd for which he made a fantastic downtempo trance track, deep and beautifull! New music of him can be found on his myspace
Aerosis
Aerosis are 2 very talented American artists! They are still very young but they managed to impress both me and Fabien! We expect a big future for them and are very curious how you guys will like their very floating deep psychedelic trance track on Twist Dreams! :)
Yesod
This Swedish trance master blew us away with his deep spiritual track on Apsara, unfortunately he is now very busy with work, because otherwise there would have been more beauties from him, I'm sure of that! :)
Radical Distortion
This are 2 Greek guys that released an album not long ago on Unicorn music, they create both melodic goa trance and full on! Their first release was on our Apsara where they showed the world what capacities they had :) A track that reminded many people to good old Man With No Name... Awesome! :)

Well yes, me :p I'm a dj now for about 7 years and played on 150 parties or even more (I didn't count it anymore since a few years), mostly in Belgium of course but also Portugal, France, Germany, Sweden, England and Finland. In all those years I played next to almost all the big "old school" goa trance makers From all over the world. I can play different kinds of dj sets, as I am specialised in 3 genres... First of all goa trance of course, if you want me on a party you can expect lots of unreleased new goa trance tracks mixed with known and unknown older ones...
Second Suomisaundi... The more experimental and funky mainly finnish melodic music
Third dark forest trance with hidden melodies and lots of weird sounds allover the place! :) When I play this style I change my name from Anoebis to Skeleton Hex! :) More info and sets etc can be found on myspace
Space Muchi
This Belgian dj used to play alot 1-2 years back but because of work he plays less, but that doesn't mean he doesn't play well... if he plays on your party expect very crazy fast goa and acidtrance! :)
Chai
A French dj that is co owner of Avigmatic Records together with Khetzal! This means he plays mostly full on, but he has such a huge collection of old melodic music he can play old school sets on request, and then he becomes a Suntrip dj... :) All info about that can be found on This site
Bor
A Dutch dj who used to play at my very first parties I organised back in 99! He has an impressive vinyl collection but also plays up to date melodic music... You can choose! :) All the info can be found on his own Cosmic Combination website
Ukiro
He is our newest Suntrip Dj, this guy needs no more introduction between the trance collectors as he has one of the, or even the biggest trance collection in the world! If you want to hear the expert himself... Check...his website!
Oz
Does goa trance exists in eastern Europe? Oh yes it does! And from now on we will be represented by Ukrainian youngster Amphiton there! He plays a wide range of superb music, mostly melodic goa trance (suntrip style :p) of course, but he can play funky spugedelic/suomi music as well! Besides he also organises parties in Ukraine, so... Suntrip is now growing there as well!

The cd-christmas-auction is now over, we are happy that so many people actually used this auction! Sorry for the delay in answering the messages sometimes, but I have a very busy life except suntrip, that probably explains!
Anyway, even if the Christmas auction is finished, it is possible to buy cds via us of course! We still have all our cds in stock here at our "headquarters" :p sealed!
To know how much it would cost you to buy them, simply mutiply the amount of cds with ten... So 3 cds cost you 30, 6 cost you 60 etc! :)
About the costs to send them to another place in the world, we will work that out via personal message or you simply mail me at Anoebis@suntriprecords.com! Also, keep in mind, that buying cds here is good for the label and will help us to survive in this time of net releases!

This situation represents pretty much the musical atmosphere of Krama's second album: Mighty bass structures form a clean and solid foundation, on which sunny melodies swash out of trancy depths, accompanied by forcing rhythm structures. Since 2001, Dimitris Violitzis and Elias Garanis from Greece have constantly developed their very own definition of Power Progressive Trance.
The epic flow of their music is inspired by their musical background, which includes minimal Progressive Trance on the one hand but also classical and Celtic music, New Age sounds and even some Metal.
The intense effectiveness of Krama's tunes could already been witnessed on many different Progressive floors where the two dudes always delivered excellent shows.
