HERE’S WHAT THE CRITICS HAVE TO SAY (but you can always make your own mind up!) ..........
“A remarkably good album! A pure pop classic! Will have you singing along whilst you’re waiting at the traffic lights of life …. there are no fillers on this album - IT'S ALL GOOD!!! Packed full of pop majesty! Buy this album & that's an order!” ***** stars

“Trip manages to pull these songs together with more chemistry than some bands achieve in an entire career! There’s an indisputable swagger - somewhere between Dylan & The Stone Roses. A surprisingly slick & entertaining addition to this genre – SUPER 8 really are SUPER!” **** stars
- Dan Coxon, ‘IS THIS MUSIC?’ magazine

"Entirely written, recorded and produced in an attic by a chap called Trip, 'Daysaver' is a competent homage to those melodic, ebullient guitar bands of yesteryear. The Beatles, The Verve and Primal Scream are all obvious points of reference in this multi-tracked bonanza which hums with its creator’s obvious enthusiasm. This is competent, catchy guitar pop ….. Trip throws caution to the wind and produces something surprising! Check out the confident strut of tracks like ‘New Dawn’ and ‘Callin’ Out’. A bright, breezy & assured album." *** stars
- TM ‘Skinny Mag’

‘HONEY-BEE’ - ECHOES OF TIN-PAN ALLEY IN MODERN MUSIC!
There’s an old Tin Pan Alley technique of song-writing which is to have two melodies occurring simultaneously and working together without harmonizing with each other. It is a great way to write an interesting melody but very difficult to successfully pull off. In this song SUPER 8 have pulled it off absolutely fabulously! Also the layered vocal sound in this song is awesome & I just love the line "You're my Yoko, but you're much better looking!" Above all it’s the melody and that voice that strike a chord with me. A GREAT job! ***** stars

HONEY-BEE - Easy ‘Indie’ Listening!
The break is very chilled Burt Bacharach-ville - "Pass me a Martini doll!"
Pulling this off live would be absolute killer! Super 8 come play Toronto!
