Local Atlanta, GA radio station, 94.9 THE BULL, today announced the top ten (10) entries who will compete for the opportunity to be the opening act for Kenny Chesney on July 13, 2008, at Turner Field. Jason Coley is among the 10 semi-finalists!
Here’s where you come in to play…… Voting by the listeners (that’s you) will commence tomorrow, July 1, 2008, and continue through 11:59PM on July 6, 2008. Vote via The Bull’s website; (www. 949thebull. com) using a scale of 1-10. You can vote as many times as you like. Votes will be calculated and during the week of July 7th the listeners’ top four (4) picks will perform live, on the air, in The Bull’s studio. The top four will also perform live at The Hard Rock Café in Atlanta, GA, on Saturday, July 12, 2008. Following judging of these performances, one band will be selected to open for Kenny Chesney on Sunday, July 13, 2008, at Turner Field. Attendance for this concert is estimated at 40K people!
