I'm a musician - The Clarinet is my principal instrument and I've played the Saxophone several times through out my education.
Photography - Capturing memories, making records of those historic moments, playing with the sun's light and the shadows and sealing those times in a reliable electronic format (jpg). Digital picture are worth a million bytes.
Astronomy - I enjoy gazing the celestial heavens with the naked eye and also with the telescope. Planets are my personal favorite.
Playing with computers - That's a really really broad term. Playing with technology might be saying it a little better. It's my profession and hobby.
Film making In college, I had a video camera and we filmed several 'B'... okay, they don't measure up to 'B' status... movies. They were inventive, creative and gave us something to do. I've carried this past time over with my kids. We make little moving here and there. Check out my video section. Check out Slip n Slide.
RC Airplanes - I love flying airplanes now they are affordable and virtually indestructible. I have several helicopters also.

Watching a good sunset ...sunrises are too early.

I'm the proud father of two all natural, pure, 100% Grade A Choice, thoroughbred B O Y S. Chase is my eldest who is 6 and Bowen is my youngest who is 4 going on 21. I am married to my illustrious wife, BJ, who also takes the roles of our domestic manager and CFO of the Mcilwain Family Empire.
We live in Daphne, AL and I work as an IT professional (the "computer guy") at Regions Bank. I'm sure all y'all I went to high school with are suprised at that one... I'm headquartered in Mobile, AL. I support the Regions branches in the Mobile and Baldwin County area in Alabama and the Mississippi Gulf Coast. About 108 locations. I love my job!
Personality wise, I'm a quiet, reserved and laid back guy. My wit is off the wall at times. I let things roll off my back easily. I'd prefer to get on with life instead of stew about something that is quickly becoming the past. Hardly a temper and lots of patience. Working with technology and having two small children, it's standard equipment in professional and parental survival insanity. I love playing with toys and with my kids, I can revert to my childhood under the cover of "Dad" with out neighbors thinking they may need to Google me.
I'm about 6', 175lbs and used to have glasses and no beard. I was a true nerd. Washington County's first official geek. Growing up, I was always a nerd... then I went professional :) When I walk into a branch, one look at me and they know something computer related is about to get fixed.
I like music. Listening and playing. My principal insturment is Clarinet. I've played Saxaphone in church ensambles and Pep Band in college. I played clarinet at Millry High School in the Cavaliers, at JCJC in the mighty Maroon Typhoon marching band, in concert season, in the church orchestra, the Hattiesburg City Band and the Gulf Coast Wind Symphony, a guest a several William Carey College concerts and played in the pit orchestra in several college musicals. I almost majored in music ;)

Randy Travis most surely. The day I hit puberty, people started commenting that I sound a lot like him. Not just a couple of times in my life but all the time. Seldom has a week gone by with out at least one person pointing it out. And no, I can't sing. Do you think if I could, would I be playing with computers?
