Superdark Music is a multi faceted music company whose only objective is to bring amazing music to the masses.
It began life many years ago in the bedrooms and warped minds of a loving collective of Darked-out Overlords – James, Dan, Geoff, Grant, Ian and now Stef.
Artist Management Innercity Pirates, hailing from Wales, the early signs bode well for the Pirates future; Zane Lowe invited them onto the Gonzo Tour and early radio spins came from Steve Lamacq and Huw Stephens, when ‘Eat The Paint’ was nothing but a demo. In 2006 they were the Reading Festival 'Official Backstage Gorilla Giggers' and this year are playing the Metro Weekender. Dubiously described by NME.com as 'speed garage indie'.
The bands debut release 'Ear Sex' was recorded at the prestigious Monnow Valley Studios, which has seen the likes of Oasis, Led Zeppelin, Black Sabbath, Biffy Clyro and The Automatic record within its hallowed walls.
'Ear Sex' is released in Feb 2008 as a split 7" and digital download release with London band, Lesser Panda.
