Superduperdave's 3D House of Novelty Songs's Blurbs
About me: I'm great guy to get to know once you get past my nerdy side, which is pretty much all of me.
Being a nerd, I've always loved novelty music. I blame PBS and the "Electric Company" for exposing me to Tom Lehrer at an early age. It was all downhill from there.
I've put some of my all-time favorite novelty songs on the music player on this page. I've included a lot of classic '50's and '60's novelty pop (which is my favorite novelty era) but I've tried to mix it up with some novelty hip-hop, novelty metal and novelty country. I try to add new songs and videos every so often, and I'm always open to suggestions. Thanks to everybody for all the very cool comments!

I add videos periodically, so be sure to check back for new stuff. Thanks to Sam Henderson for the graphics, and Jamzee for the video players. Who I'd like to meet: Humans, mostly. But I'm really not that picky.

Hi! Just wanted to make sure all my friends know that my new erotic horror novel THE 13TH is now in stores everywhere! I hope you'll check out this debauched and demonic horror ride!
There's even a website devoted just to the book, with an interactive map of the places and characters at www.the13th-horror.com.
Edward Lee called THE 13TH "A double-barreled shotgun blast of macabre entertainment -- an expert amalgamation of grotesquerie, eroticism, mystery, and pitch-black occult horror that no fan of the genre can miss."
And Gary A. Braunbeck said, "John Everson's The 13th is the first out-and-out horror novel in a long while to actually scare the **** out of me while reading it. It's stylish, extremely well-written, filled with richly-drawn characterizations, and boasts a labyrinthine plot worthy of Umberto Eco. Trust me -- this one will fry your nerves and break your heart."

I don't know any Tom Waits, but I do know John Waits. Ah, Hair Metal at it's finest. I love this guy's voice!! He looked really cool when he cut his hair after Bad English disbanded and he went solo.
Do you get holiday pay? Hubby doesn't. It's either Veteran's Day or Memorial Day, and they are basically the same holiday. One is celebrating solidiers that are still alive, and the other is celebrating soldiers that have died in war, but still - aren't they all veterans, even the dead ones?
"Is it towards sorrow or towards joy you lift
The sharpness of your trembling spears?
Or do you seek, through the grey tears
That blur the sky, in the heart of the triumphing blue,
A deeper, calmer rift?"
So; I have tuned my music to the trees,
And there were voices, dim below
Their shrillness, voices swelling slow
In the blue murmur of hills, and a golden cry
And then vast silences.
Have a great new week sweetie!
Love always
~Izabella~
