SUPER HAMSTER JUSTICE RODENT will one day be a comic book video game with completely original graphics and music. This myspace is a staging area and networking tool for me to get feedback on the stuff I put up here. I have had Super Hamster as a cartoon character since i was a child. It started as a doodle but now that I am grown up I am turning him into a full fledged character.
I programmed the beta game below over a year ago (yes, it is desparate need of a graphics overhaul and new levels). I started making music in FruityLoops about a year ago so I could have original music, but somewhere along the way I started to really enjoy that aspect of the project and I've been using SHJR as a front to share my newest tunes, which are often used by my friends as rap beats.
The drawings you see above are much more recent and reflective of the style I want to attain.
The world of SHJR is a giant laboratory city wherein mice, gerbils, rats, guinea pigs, rabbits, and hamsters, all co exist, while unwittingly being monitored and experimented on by human scientists. After Norman Hamstock, who works for the mayor, fails to save his sister from abduction, he sets out on a crusade to retrive her, going up against criminals within the city, eventually discovering and battling with the human scientists and all the dangerous things that surround them. He likes to think of himself as Justice Rodent, but the people of the city have dubbed him Super Hamster.
