My personal cause is the Forgotten, those overlooked by mainstream society.
This summer I was proud to help the flood victims of Southestern Minnesota. My dontations were so miniscule to the entire need, but they give the Real Heroes a much-needed chuckle and relief when I show up in-costume to donate more.
If there is a crisis situation, I have training and equipment to aid myself and others. My equipment and methods are completely legal. I'm prepared to make Citizen's Arrests if necessary.

I've re-considered my concept of not having non-supes as Friends. -AS LONG AS YOU DON'T LIVE IN ROCHESTER, MN, my home base.
I still worry about the potential danger that my Friendship might impose upon your safety. But I now accept non-superheroes as Friends.

Hey, I have been looking into this lately but come to no conclusion. You seem to have proper working smoke bombs. Unless this is some sort of corporate secret, could you tell me how you make them? Because so far, lighting a piece of string with a lighter seems a bit too fiddly..
